Lead Coordinator

About Us Orchids The International School is a leading education group focused on delivering consistent academic excellence across all its branches through strong systems and processes.

Compensation & Training 3-month mandatory training at Bannerghatta Campus, Bangalore Training Stipend: Up to ₹40,000/month Post Confirmation Salary: Up to ₹75,000/month (based on performance, role fit, and final campus assignment) Travel, accommodation, stay, and relocation expenses during training are to be borne by the candidate.

Key Responsibilities Manage academic planning and execution at grade level Ensure curriculum delivery as per central guidelines Monitor teacher performance and student outcomes Handle academic documentation and reporting Conduct and manage PTMs, events, and orientations Address parent concerns and ensure satisfaction Mentor and guide teachers for better outcomes Ensure adherence to academic and operational processes

Key Requirements B.Ed (mandatory) 5–6 years of teaching experience Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (Coordinator/HOD/Lead/Class Teacher) Strong academic planning and team management skills
