Key Responsibilities Teach 2 periods every day in the pre-primary section Correct 100 notebooks daily to maintain assessment standards Step in as the replacement teacher when a teacher in your region is absent Train and mentor Pre-Primary teachers, including daily pedagogy sessions Conduct classroom observations and structured feedback Run 2 hours/day of structured training for teachers and maids Drive Early Years methodology and monitor child safety and activity-based learning Submit regular academic reports to leadership Oversee and support 5–6 pre-primary teachers across schools in your region Travel regularly across schools to monitor classroom quality Ensure consistent curriculum delivery and academic standards

Key Requirements B.Ed (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of continuous teaching experience in Pre-Primary Minimum 3 years with your current/most recent school 1+ year as HOD preferred Owns vehicle preferred
