Job description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educational leader to manage, supervise, and streamline academic operations for our Pre-Primary and Primary wings (Kindergarten to Class 5).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, curriculum delivery, and lesson planning for CBSE/State Board. 
  • Mentor, monitor, and evaluate the performance of primary and nursery teaching staff. 
  • Conduct parent-teacher orientations and handle student/parent grievances effectively. 
  • Organize co-curricular activities, school events, and foundational literacy initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a coordinator or supervisory role.

Qualifications:

  • B.Ed. along with a degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education (PPTTC/NTT) is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, excellent English communication, and familiarity with activity-based learning.
