BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY) 

We are looking for passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Teachers to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the foundation of young learners. 

If you have 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education and are dedicated to nurturing young minds, we’d love to hear from you! Your professional expertise will help us scale our educational institutions to greater heights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  •  Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective. 
  • Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support. 
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s development. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher. 
  • Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere. 
  • Passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching.
