School Partnership & Outreach Executive

Organisation: Fountainhead Global School, Hyderabad 
Positions: 2 
Experience: 2–5 years preferred 
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + performance incentives 
Location: Hyderabad | Field-based with school reporting

Reporting To: Admissions / Business Development Head

About the Role 
We are looking for energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented professionals to build Fountainhead Global School’s network among preschools, primary schools, tuition centres, activity centres, and other child-focused institutions.

This is a relationship-building and business-development role, not a brochure-distribution job.

The person will identify potential partner schools, meet school owners/principals/coordinators, introduce Fountainhead’s educational philosophy, and create meaningful channels through which prospective parents can discover the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map schools, preschools, tuition centres, and child-focused institutions in assigned territories.
  • Personally visit prospective partner institutions and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Present Fountainhead’s educational philosophy, programmes, and differentiators.
  • Develop mutually beneficial referral and outreach partnerships.
  • Generate qualified admission enquiries through institutional relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with school owners and coordinators.
  • Build and maintain a database of institutions and key contacts.
  • Coordinate with the internal admissions team and transfer qualified leads promptly.
  • Participate in apartment/community outreach, education events, and local activations when required.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and weekly pipeline reports.
  • Track the source and progress of every lead generated.
  • Share market intelligence about competing schools, parent expectations, and local education trends.
  • Represent Fountainhead professionally at every external interaction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident meeting principals, school owners, and senior decision-makers.
  • Has excellent communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
  • Enjoys field work and meeting people.
  • Can independently plan daily routes and appointments.
  • Has strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understands that relationship building takes repeated follow-up.
  • Is comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel/Sheets, and a CRM.
  • Has previous experience in education, school marketing, B2B sales, real estate, hospitality, or premium customer acquisition.

What Success Looks Like in This Role 
You don’t simply visit 100 schools. You build 20 meaningful relationships that generate genuine parent enquiries.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 fixed monthly salary, depending on experience and suitability.
  • Incentives: Performance incentives linked to qualified leads, active partnerships, and admissions generated.
