Training Planning and Assessment
Design age-appropriate Mallakhamb training plans focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and discipline.
Monitor students’ physical development and skill progression.
Ensure safety standards are followed during all training sessions.
Coaching and Skill Development
Coach students in Mallakhamb techniques and routines as per their skill levels.
Conduct regular practice sessions to improve agility, coordination, and endurance.
Prepare students for school demonstrations, competitions, and events.
Motivate students to maintain physical fitness and discipline.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Certification or formal training in Mallakhamb / Physical Education.
Experience: At least 1 year of coaching experience.
Sound knowledge of safety measures and injury prevention.
Ability to train and manage students of different age groups.
Strong discipline, patience, and motivational skills.
