We are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined
PGT Physical Education Teacher. This is a dual-responsibility role that requires an expert in Physical Education theory for Board Classes and a visionary coach on the field. You will be responsible for raising the standard of sports excellence while ensuring 100% results in the Senior Secondary academic examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Teaching: Deliver the P.E. theory syllabus for Class 9 to 12
- Board Excellence: Prepare students for CBSE Board practical and theory exams, maintaining high average scores.
- Sports Administration: Act as the Head of the Physical Education Department, planning the annual sports calendar and Inter-House competitions.
- Specialized Coaching: Train school teams for District, State, and National level competitions.
- Health & Wellness: Lead Yoga, Fitness, and Aerobics programs for the entire school to promote a culture of health.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance of sports grounds, equipment, and the gym facility.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B. P. Ed. (Master of Physical Education) is mandatory.
- Certification: Specialized coaching certificates (NIS) or participation at National/University level is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience teaching Senior Secondary classes in a reputed school.
- Skills: Strong leadership, and proficiency in English/Hindi.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to manage sports data and use digital tools for academic reporting
