Job Description:
Brilliant Academy Junior College of Science is looking for a
passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to teach students of
Classes 11 & 12 (NEET / CET aspirants). The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, the ability to simplify complex topics, and experience in preparing students for competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to students of Class 11 & 12 preparing for NEET and CET examinations.
- Deliver concept-driven and exam-oriented lectures aligned with the board and competitive exam syllabus.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, practice questions, and test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Help students develop problem-solving skills and exam strategies for competitive exams.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET / CET exam patterns and syllabus changes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc.) or a relevant subject.
- Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for coaching-based roles.
Experience:
- Min 2 years of teaching experience in Physics for NEET / CET / JEE / 11th–12th Science.
- Prior experience in coaching institutes or competitive exam preparation will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong conceptual understanding of Class 11 & 12 Physics.
- Ability to teach complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with competitive exam problem-solving techniques.
