Role Overview
The Special Educator will support students with diverse learning needs by developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans, providing remedial instruction, and promoting inclusive classroom practices. The role focuses on ensuring academic, social, and emotional growth in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify students with learning difficulties and design appropriate intervention plans.

Provide individualized and small-group remedial support.

Adapt curriculum and assessments as per student needs.

Monitor progress and maintain documentation of IEPs and reports.

Collaborate with teachers and parents for consistent student support.

Promote inclusive education practices across classrooms.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education / Psychology or related field.

B.Ed in Special Education (mandatory); RCI registration preferred.

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and child-centered approach.
