Role Overview

Jagma World School is looking for intellectually curious and dedicated TGT Educators for all subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Languages). The ideal candidate should be capable of handling Middle School and Secondary classes, ensuring students build a strong conceptual foundation for higher education.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in the relevant subject area.
  • Professional Training: Mandatory Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.Ed. (Diploma in Education).
  • Experience: Significant teaching experience in the relevant subject at the TGT level, specifically within a CBSE environment.
  • Communication: Absolute fluency in English is a prerequisite.
  • IT Literacy: Must be well-versed in IT skills, including the use of Educational Software, MS Office, and Interactive Whiteboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academic Excellence: Deliver subject-specific lessons that align with CBSE Norms and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF).
  • Innovative Pedagogy: Apply innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning and inquiry-based instruction to keep students engaged.
  • Curriculum Mapping: Plan and execute syllabi effectively to ensure timely completion and thorough revision for school examinations.
  • Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance to students, fostering a hardworking and disciplined study culture.
  • Admin Collaboration: Work under the guidance of the Administrative Officer to maintain high standards of discipline and academic integrity.
