Job description

Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spoken English and Soft Skills Teacher. This role involves enhancing students' communication proficiency, conversational fluency and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons for Spoken English and Soft Skills.
  • Need to focus on active speaking, phonics, speech games, role plays, storytelling activities etc.
  • Teach pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational fluency.
  • Conduct activities to improve public speaking, presentation skills.
  • Guide students on body language, teamwork, and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
  • Conduct vocabulary-building exercises, accent correction, and listening comprehension drills.
  • Organize language labs, elocution, and stage presence training for students.
  • Assess and improve the spoken English culture among students on campus.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and motivate students effectively.
  • Strong understanding of various soft skills development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective classroom management and organizational abilities.
