Operate and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
Manage data entry, records, documents, and digital files accurately.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, notices, letters, and other school documents.
Maintain and update student, staff, attendance, and administrative records.
Provide technical support to staff for routine computer-related requirements.
Assist with online portals, email communication, and digital school management systems.
Ensure proper backup and organization of important digital records.
Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, internet, and software-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality of school and student information.
Perform other computer-related duties assigned by the school administration.

✅ Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with email, internet, data entry, and online platforms.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred.
