Job Title: TGT Science Teacher 

Location: Manawar, Madhya Pradesh 

Institution: Vidyodaya International School (CBSE Affiliated)

Job Summary 

 

Vidyodaya International School is looking for a passionate and innovative Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Science to join our secondary faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to students in Grades 6–10. We seek an educator who can ignite scientific curiosity and build a strong foundational understanding of the natural world through hands-on laboratory work and modern pedagogical techniques.   

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Integrated Science Instruction: Deliver comprehensive lessons across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for middle and secondary sections (Grades 6–10) following the CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
  • Laboratory Management: Conduct regular practical experiments in the science lab to demonstrate theoretical concepts and ensure students follow all safety protocols.
  • Exam Preparation: Prepare Grade 10 students for CBSE Board Exams by focusing on core concepts, diagram accuracy, and previous years' paper patterns.
  • Inquiry-Based Learning: Implement "Learning by Doing" strategies, encouraging students to ask "why" and "how" through projects and scientific observation.
  • STEM & Extra-Curriculars: Organize and lead school-level Science Fairs, exhibitions, and Olympiad preparations.
  • Assessment: Design and grade periodic tests, assignments, and internal assessments in alignment with CBSE’s Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) standards.

 

  Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.). A Master's Degree (M.Sc.) is a plus.
  • Professional Qualification: B.Ed. is mandatory.
  • Skills: * Ability to simplify complex scientific theories for younger learners.
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
    • Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Classroom, MS Office, and interactive whiteboards.
