Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
  • Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education enjoyable and effective.
  • Monitor, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring individualized attention and support.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to develop innovative teaching strategies and deliver a cohesive learning experience.
  • Encourage positive behavior, creativity, and curiosity among students.
  • Maintain classroom organization and ensure adherence to school policies and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
  • Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
  • Passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
