Skill Stork International School is seeking a passionate Homeroom Teacher for our Pre-Primary program. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The teacher will implement the IB Primary Years Programme framework effectively for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB PYP curriculum.
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to early childhood development.
  • Assess student progress through observation and provide constructive, age-appropriate feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and developmental milestones.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience teaching pre-primary students, preferably in an IB PYP school.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and pedagogical best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of young children.
  • Passion for fostering curiosity and a love of learning in a vibrant school setting.
