Summary:

Skill Stork International School is seeking a passionate Assistant Teacher for our Pre-Primary program. This role supports the lead teacher in fostering a dynamic and nurturing IB learning environment. You will help guide young learners through their foundational educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and executing daily classroom activities.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of pre-primary students.
  • Prepare and organize learning materials, resources, and classroom displays.
  • Support individual and small group learning experiences for children.
  • Help maintain a positive, engaging, and orderly classroom atmosphere.

Required Skills:

  • A genuine love for working with young children and their development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.
  • Basic understanding of early childhood education principles; IB experience is a plus.
