1. Role & Responsibilities
🏢 Administrative Management
- Oversee daily school operations and office administration
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
- Supervise support staff (clerks, peons, housekeeping, security)
- Monitor discipline and punctuality of staff
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and local authority regulations
- Maintain official records, staff files, and student data
- Coordinate during inspections and audits
- Handle government correspondence and official communication
- Coordinate fee records and documentation
- Monitor administrative expenses
- Assist management in budgeting and cost control
- Oversee maintenance of classrooms, labs, transport, and campus
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Assist in organizing PTMs, school events, exhibitions
- Handle parent concerns related to administration
- Support Principal in smooth functioning of school
2. Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in school administration preferred
- Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data management)
