Key Responsibilities:
- Literary Analysis:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of CBSE Class 11 & 12 NCERT texts, with the ability to teach critical analysis of poetry, prose, and supplementary readers. - Writing Mastery:
Train students in formal writing formats such as notices, invitations, reports, articles, and essays, aligned with CBSE marking schemes. - Communication Coaching:
Lead initiatives to enhance spoken English skills, including ASL (Assessment of Speaking and Listening) and overall communication development. - Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and language proficiency. - Assessment & Results:
Prepare students for board examinations through regular assessments, feedback, and performance tracking. - Editorial Responsibility:
Contribute as an editor for the school magazine/newsletter, encouraging student participation in creative writing.
