1. PGT Accountancy (Commerce Department)

  • Curriculum Mastery: Expert knowledge of the CBSE Class 11 & 12 Accountancy syllabus, focusing on Partnership Firms, Company Accounts, and Financial Statement Analysis.
  • Practical Application: Ability to teach the "Project Work" component effectively, ensuring students understand real-world applications of GST and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Competitive Coaching: Experience in preparing students for the CUET and CA-Foundation entrance exams is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skill: Must be able to bridge the gap between theoretical bookkeeping and analytical financial management.

 

2. PGT Physics (Science Department)

  • Concept Simplification: Ability to translate complex abstract concepts (like Quantum Mechanics or Electromagnetism) into understandable classroom demonstrations.
  • Laboratory Leadership: Responsible for the Physics Lab, ensuring all safety protocols are met and students are proficient in using apparatus like Vernier calipers, Potentiometers, and Optical benches.
  • Numerics & Logic: A strong focus on mathematical problem-solving to prepare students for high-scoring board results and JEE/NEET
