Job Title: PGT / TGT Science Teacher

Job Description:

International Delhi Public School, Kakinada is hiring a dedicated and qualified PGT/TGT Science Teacher to teach middle and senior secondary classes. The candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge in Physics/Chemistry/Biology, experience with the CBSE curriculum, and the ability to deliver engaging, student-centric lessons.  

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Teach Science subjects as per CBSE syllabus (Classes VI–XII as applicable)
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
  • Conduct practical experiments and laboratory sessions safely
  • Assess student performance and maintain academic records
  • Prepare students for examinations and concept-based learning
  • Maintain classroom discipline and encourage scientific thinking
  • Participate in academic meetings, training, and school activities

 

Eligibility:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Science with B.Ed
  • Experience as PGT or TGT Science Teacher preferred
  • Good communication and classroom management skills
