Job Title: Primary Teacher (PRT) - All Subjects 

Location: Manawar, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary 

 

Vidyodaya International School is seeking an energetic, patient, and creative Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach students in Grades 1 to 5. As a PRT, you will be responsible for providing a strong academic foundation in subjects like English, Mathematics, EVS (Environmental Science), and Hindi. We are looking for an educator who excels at "Joyful Learning" and can create a supportive, tactile environment for young learners.   

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Holistic Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across primary subjects, ensuring students develop core skills in literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness.
  • Activity-Based Learning: Design and implement "tactile stimulation" activities—including drawing, storytelling, clay work, and crafts—to make learning interactive and fun.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a "Happy Classroom" atmosphere that reflects the school's culture of building reciprocal and responsive relationships.
  • Holistic Development: Manage extracurricular activities and sports to support healthy, active lifestyles as part of the school's "Integral Development" goal.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain a strong link between the school and home through regular updates, digital portals, and parent-teacher meetings.

 

    Qualifications & Skills  

 

  • Education: Senior Secondary (12th) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR B.El.Ed OR D.Ed.
  • Certifications: Must have cleared TET
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children ages 6–11.
  • Creative Flair: Ability to incorporate arts, crafts, and music into the daily curriculum.
