Job description

Job Summary Kingston High School is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Relationship & Admissions Officer to manage the end-to-end admissions process while building strong relationships with prospective and existing parents. The role is key to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive parent experience aligned with the school’s values and growth goals. Key Responsibilities Admissions Management

  • Handle the complete admissions lifecycle – enquiries, counselling, application processing, assessment coordination, and enrolment
  • Conduct school tours, parent orientations, and counselling sessions
  • Maintain and update admissions data, documentation, and MIS/ERP systems
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for seat availability and admissions approvals
  • Ensure adherence to the school’s Admissions Policy & SOP

Parent Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and newly admitted parents
  • Build and maintain long-term parent relationships through timely communication and support
  • Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Support onboarding of new parents and ensure a smooth transition into the school ecosystem

Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Assist in lead generation activities, events, and campaigns
  • Support school events, open houses, and community engagement programs
  • Maintain a pipeline tracker of enquiries to conversions

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly admissions reports for management
  • Track conversion ratios and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with finance for fee communication and documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Education or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship roles
  • Experience in K-12 school admissions preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems
