Summary:


The Middle Computer Science Teacher (TGT) will deliver engaging and comprehensive computer science education to middle school students. This role focuses on developing foundational computational thinking, problem-solving skills, and digital literacy. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the world of technology through interactive learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver age-appropriate computer science lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Teach fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and digital citizenship to middle school students.
  • Assess student understanding and progress through various evaluation methods.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom learning environment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer science principles and programming languages suitable for middle school.
  • Proven ability to teach and engage students aged 11-14 effectively.
