Summary:

The Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary) guides young learners in their foundational years. This role involves nurturing holistic development in a stimulating environment. You will foster a love for learning and prepare children for future academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for pre-primary children.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress across developmental domains.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and activities.
  • Organize and lead co-curricular activities and school events.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements.


Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, creativity, and empathy with young children.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire learning.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Relevant teaching certification (e.g., ECCE, NTT, B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education).
