Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with staff, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

For Receptionist:

  •  
    • Greet visitors, parents, and staff  and address inquiries about admission in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk operates smoothly.
    • Instruction: Customize this section with specific details about how the front office operates (e.g., handling school visitor logs, managing parent communications).

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management tools.
