Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily school operations, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for all students.
  • Develop and implement strategic educational programs and curriculum enhancements in line with institutional goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and develop teaching staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
  • Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.


Required Skills:

  • Proven leadership and administrative experience, preferably as a principal or assistant principal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and instructional best practices.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in educational technology and data-driven decision making.
