Job description

The Vice Principal supports the Principal in day-to-day operations and strategic leadership. This role fosters an inspiring learning environment and promotes academic excellence. They ensure student welfare and uphold the institute's values.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Principal in overall school administration and leadership.
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional practices, and student assessment.
  • Manage and mentor teaching staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and disciplined learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and the community to achieve educational goals.
  • Support the development and enforcement of school policies and procedures.
