Key Responsibilities Manage academic planning and execution at grade level Ensure curriculum delivery as per central guidelines Monitor teacher performance and student outcomes Handle academic documentation and reporting Conduct and manage PTMs, events, and orientations Address parent concerns and ensure satisfaction Mentor and guide teachers for better outcomes Ensure adherence to academic and operational processes

Key Requirements B.Ed (mandatory) 5–6 years of teaching experience Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (Coordinator/HOD/Lead) Strong academic planning and team management skills

Compensation Structure (Role-Based) Pre-Primary Coordinator: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Primary Coordinator: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 Secondary Coordinator: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000
