Fountainhead Global School is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions / Marketing Executive to drive student admissions and promote the school’s brand. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents and the community.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end admission process for prospective students
  • Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, facilities, and programs
  • Manage admission inquiries (calls, walk-ins, emails, and online leads)
  • Conduct school tours and presentations for parents
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
  • Plan and execute marketing activities (events, campaigns, promotions)
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and social media teams
  • Build relationships with local communities, preschools, and institutions
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions data
  • Achieve admission targets set by the school

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
  • Experience in admissions, marketing, or sales (school experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Presentable and professional attitude
