Subject: Chemistry Classes: IX, X, XI, XII Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and concept-oriented Chemistry lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and daily lesson plans aligned with academic goals.
- Conduct practical sessions in laboratories, ensuring safety protocols and effective experimentation.
- Design and evaluate assessments, including unit tests, assignments, and board exam preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and application-based learning.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary/senior secondary level preferred.
- Strong command over subject content and pedagogical skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE/State Board curriculum and examination patterns.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
