Subject: Chemistry Classes: IX, X, XI, XII Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and concept-oriented Chemistry lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare annual, monthly, and daily lesson plans aligned with academic goals.
Conduct practical sessions in laboratories, ensuring safety protocols and effective experimentation.
Design and evaluate assessments, including unit tests, assignments, and board exam preparation.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and application-based learning.

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary/senior secondary level preferred.
Strong command over subject content and pedagogical skills.
Familiarity with CBSE/State Board curriculum and examination patterns.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
