Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher for our Pre-Primary program. This role involves fostering a love for learning in young children. The teacher will implement the Montessori philosophy to nurture independence and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver an authentic Montessori curriculum for pre-primary children.
  • Create and maintain a stimulating, prepared classroom environment.
  • Observe, guide, and support individual child development and learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and developmental milestones.
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration with parents.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional growth of all students.

Required Skills:

  • Valid Montessori certification (AMI/AMS preferred) for the 3-6 age group.
  • Proven experience working with pre-primary children in a Montessori setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Deep understanding and commitment to the Montessori philosophy and principles.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.
