Summary:

The Pre-Primary Coordinator leads and manages the pre-primary section of the institute. This role ensures effective curriculum delivery and a supportive learning environment. The coordinator oversees staff development and maintains strong communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and evaluation of the pre-primary curriculum.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pre-primary teaching staff.
  • Organize and facilitate parent-teacher interactions and workshops.
  • Monitor student progress and ensure appropriate developmental support.
  • Plan and execute engaging pre-primary events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and institute policies.
