Job Description:
Dunes Academy is looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative operations of the school. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high academic standards, guiding teachers, ensuring student discipline, and implementing effective school policies in line with modern education practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic leadership and oversee curriculum implementation
Supervise and guide teaching staff and administrative teams
Maintain discipline, safety, and overall school management
Monitor academic performance and quality of education
Coordinate with parents, staff, and management for smooth functioning of the school
Ensure compliance with education board norms and school policies
Eligibility Requirements:
Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. / M.Ed.
Minimum 5–10 years of teaching and administrative experience in a reputed school
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in managing CBSE curriculum and school operations preferred
Important Requirement:
This is a residential school position, therefore only candidates willing to relocate to Rajasthan should apply.
