Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Secondary Biology Teacher (TGT) to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire students and foster a deep understanding of biological concepts. This role involves creating an engaging and effective learning environment for secondary students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive Biology lessons to students in Grades 9-10.
  • Develop and implement innovative lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Assess student learning through various methods and provide timely feedback.
  • Manage the classroom effectively to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success.
  • Participate actively in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong subject matter expertise in Biology and related sciences.
  • Proven ability to teach and engage secondary-level students effectively.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and digital resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related scientific field.
  • Valid TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) certification or B.Ed.
