Summary:

The Secondary Physical Education Teacher (TGT) will inspire students to develop physical fitness and healthy habits. This role involves designing and delivering engaging PE lessons for secondary grades. The teacher will foster a positive and active learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum.• Instruct students in a wide range of sports, games, and fitness activities.• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.• Organize and supervise inter-house and inter-school sports events.• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during activities.• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.• Maintain sports equipment and facilities in good condition.• Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the school community.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.• Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary level.• Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness training, and health principles.• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.• Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
