Key Responsibilities:

Academic Excellence:
- Oversee the curriculum implementation, ensuring it aligns with educational standards.
- Monitor teaching practices and learning outcomes to ensure quality education delivery.
- Facilitate training and professional development programs for staff.
Operational Management:
- Manage day-to-day college operations, including timetabling, resource planning, and infrastructure upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations, safety standards, and university policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative and regulatory purposes.
Student Development and Discipline:
- Foster a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment for all students.
