Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

  • Coordinate with management, education authorities, and stakeholders.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Conduct staff meetings and professional development programs.
  • Encourage teamwork, motivation, and professional ethics.
  • Ensure proper workload distribution and performance monitoring.

Student Welfare and Discipline

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly environment.
  • Promote discipline, values, and positive behavior.
  • Address student grievances and counseling needs.
  • Ensure implementation of Child Protection and POCSO guidelines.

Safety and Security

  • Ensure campus safety, security, and emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and risk assessments.
  • Monitor transportation, hostel facilities, and health services.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety and disaster management norms.

Parent and Community Relations

  • Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication.
  • Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
  • Address parent concerns and feedback effectively.
  • Promote community engagement and social responsibility activities.

Financial and Resource Management

  • Monitor the school budget and utilization of resources.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of school infrastructure.
  • Plan for procurement of educational resources and equipment.
  • Promote efficient and transparent financial practices.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to CBSE norms and educational regulations.
  • Monitor school improvement plans and quality standards.

  • Maintain records related to affiliation and statutory requirements.
